  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot, ensuring they are evenly spaced for optimal cooking.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced onion, diced celery, and water.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are well-coated.
  4. Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top of the chicken and sauce mixture.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot with a lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
  2. Once cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

For variations, you can use different soups, add vegetables, spices, or swap out proteins. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
