Preparation
  1. Place the beef tenderloin in the crockpot, ensuring even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, chopped onion, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef tenderloin, making sure it's well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily pulled apart.
  2. Once cooked, remove the beef from the crockpot and let it rest for a few minutes.
  3. Slice the beef into thick pieces and serve with the juices poured over the top.
