Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing and softened cream cheese. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  3. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts and pour the ranch and cream cheese mixture over them.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is no longer pink.
Serving
  1. Remove from oven, let sit for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
