Preparation
  1. Generously season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place the steaks in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest on a plate covered loosely with foil.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring it to a simmer.
  3. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and the sauce thickens to your liking.

  1. Serve the rested steaks topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
