Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

To store leftovers, transfer the pasta into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days. For freezing, use a freezer-safe container and consume within two months. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.
