- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, diced celery, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- If desired, fold in the halved grapes and chopped nuts.
- Serve the chicken mixture on top of lettuce leaves, or use it as a filling for your favorite bread or wrap.
