  • 3 avocados ripe avocados for guacamole
  • 1 lime lime juice freshly squeezed for guacamole and salsa
  • 1/2 tsp salt for seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro for the guacamole and garnish
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes for salsa
  • 1 cup chopped onions for salsa
  • 2 pcs jalapeños finely chopped for salsa
  • 1 cup queso dip heated for serving
Toppings
  • 2 cups tortilla chips for serving
  • 1 cup black beans cooked and drained for serving
  • 1 cup corn cooked for serving
  • 2 cups shredded cheese for topping
  • 1 cup sour cream for serving
  • 2 pcs jalapeños sliced for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mash ripe avocados in a bowl and mix in fresh lime juice, salt, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Finely chop fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeños to make the salsa. Mix in a bowl, add lime juice, and season with salt.
  3. Heat queso dip in a small saucepan over low heat until warm and smooth.
  4. Arrange tortilla chips on a large serving platter or individual bowls.
Serving
  1. Serve guacamole, salsa, and queso dip alongside black beans, corn, shredded cheese, sour cream, and sliced jalapeños.
