Preparation
- Chop the strawberries into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters, aiming for around 10 clusters.
- Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours until solid.
Chocolate Coating
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully covered and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate-covered clusters.
- Return the clusters to the freezer for a few more minutes to let the chocolate set.
Serving
- Serve frozen as a sweet snack or dessert. They can be part of a fruit platter, a sundae, or paired with smoothies.
Notes
These clusters can be customized with different fruits, yogurt flavors, or types of chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
