  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons butter For mixing with hot sauce

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well-coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix it with the hot sauce.
  3. Once baked, toss the wings in the hot sauce mixture before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, rinse and pat them dry before seasoning. Consider marinating overnight or air-frying for a healthier alternative.
