Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Mix until creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Baking

Notes
