  1. Start by heating olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Ensure the oil is hot but not smoking.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan; sauté them for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Once the chicken is browned, add the snap peas and soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes, or until the snap peas are tender yet vibrant.
  5. Serve hot over steamed rice or with a side salad.

Notes

To enhance the flavor, consider marinating the chicken in soy sauce and ginger for 30 minutes before cooking. For a spicier kick, include red pepper flakes or sriracha.
