  • 2 pieces pieces of bread Your choice of type
  • 1 piece cooked chicken breast Sliced or shredded
  • 2 leaves Lettuce leaves Crisp and fresh
  • 2 slices Tomato slices Ripe and juicy
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or your favorite sauce For added flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If desired, start by toasting the bread to get that perfect crunch.
  2. Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise or your preferred sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On one slice, layer fresh lettuce leaves, followed by the sliced or shredded chicken.
  4. Add the tomato slices on top and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top, sauce side down, to form the sandwich.
  6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately, allowing the flavors to shine in every bite.
