- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts to the pot and cook until well browned on all sides, approximately 5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, then bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat slightly and add the ramen noodles, cooking according to package instructions, usually 3 to 4 minutes.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, stir in the mushrooms and spinach until they wilt.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions. If desired, top with a soft-boiled egg and sprinkle chili flakes for an extra kick.
