- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each one into a patty.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, enough to coat the bottom of the pan.
- Carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
Serving
- Serve warm, either on their own or with your favorite sides.
Notes
