Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each one into a patty.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, enough to coat the bottom of the pan.
  2. Carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, either on their own or with your favorite sides.

Notes

Chicken patties can be customized with different herbs, spices, and cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for longer storage.
