Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breast, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For marinating
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For extra flavor
  • Salt and Pepper To taste
  • Fresh Herbs Such as parsley or cilantro, for garnish
Natural Food Colorings
  • Beet juice (for red)
  • Turmeric (for yellow)
  • Matcha (for green)
  • Paprika (for orange)
Tools
  • Brushes or Squeeze Bottles For applying color to the chicken

Method

Preparation
  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts well in this mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Color Preparation
  1. While the chicken marinates, prepare your natural food colorings in small bowls: beet juice for red, turmeric for yellow, matcha for green, and paprika for orange.
Painting and Cooking
  1. Once marinated, take your brushes or squeeze bottles and apply the natural food coloring onto the chicken breasts creatively.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the painted chicken on a baking tray and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
  1. Take the chicken out of the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish it with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.

Notes

Experiment with colors, add textures, and use different proteins. This technique enables personalization of the dish.
