Nugget Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying Use enough to cover the bottom of the pan.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
  2. Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat each piece with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring a good covering.
Cooking
  1. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Place the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil, frying them until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken nuggets and drain them on paper towels.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Consider baking at 400°F (200°C) for a healthier version. Customize flavors with different spices and serve with diverse dipping sauces.
