  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning Store-bought or homemade

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the sliced bell pepper, onion, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper into the skillet. Stir everything together.
  4. Sauté the mixture for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over cooked rice or quinoa.
  6. Enhance your bowl with your choice of toppings such as avocado, salsa, cheese, and fresh cilantro.

Notes
