- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the quartered biscuit pieces, ensuring they are fully coated in the mixture.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the biscuits are puffed, golden, and fully cooked.
- If desired, brush the top with melted butter for a lovely sheen. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.
