  • 8 oz pasta (your choice of type, such as penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
Preparing the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook for about 5–7 minutes or until it is golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Stir in the minced garlic and broccoli florets into the skillet.
  2. Sauté them together for about 2–3 minutes until the broccoli turns bright green and the garlic is fragrant.
Creating the Sauce
  1. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  2. This will create a rich, creamy sauce to coat the pasta.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
  2. Mix everything well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
Serving
  1. Once everything is combined and heated through, serve the Chicken Broccoli Pasta warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
