Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the banana and mix it with lemon juice and honey.
  3. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and spread the banana mixture on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
