  • 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For frying
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs in separate bowls.
  4. Dip each chicken piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat well with bread crumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the breaded chicken pieces.
  2. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, customize the bread crumb mixture with spices like paprika or garlic powder. Consider baking instead of frying for a healthier option.
