  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Cooking
  1. Stir in the mixed vegetables, then add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss for an even distribution of flavors.
  2. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender yet vibrant.
