  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like peas and carrots)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, then evenly spread the chicken mixture in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle the prepared stuffing mix evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until it's hot and bubbly.
  6. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add extras like cooked bacon or sausage, or substitute the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom or celery soup. It's perfect with a side salad, rice, or garlic bread.
