Preparation
  1. Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then cook in the hot oil for about 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
  5. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and broccoli, sauté for approximately 3 to 4 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet still crisp.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and sautéed broccoli in the pan and toss to mix evenly.
  7. Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice or experimenting with different sauces and vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
