  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Biscuit Topping
  • 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk (for biscuits)

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring this mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to the package instructions, mixing in shredded cheddar cheese and milk.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Drop spoonfuls of the prepared biscuit dough on top of the chicken mixture.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  3. Let cool slightly before serving.
