  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and the crushed Butterfinger bars, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, ensuring they are compact and hold their shape.
Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips along with the coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals. Stir well after each interval until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  2. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated.
  3. Place the chocolate-covered balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Setting and Serving
  1. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating is firm and set.
