  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Buns and Toppings
  • 4 pieces sandwich buns Soft sandwich buns preferred
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing Can substitute with ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices tomato Fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated, ensuring the chicken absorbs all that spicy goodness.
  2. If desired, toast the sandwich buns lightly on a skillet or in a toaster.
Assembly
  1. On the bottom half of each bun, layer a healthy portion of shredded lettuce, followed by the buffalo chicken mixture.
  2. Top it off with fresh tomato slices and a few slices of pickles.
  3. Drizzle blue cheese dressing generously on top, then cover with the other half of the bun.

Notes

For spicy lovers, increase the buffalo sauce or add jalapeƱos for an extra kick. You can also substitute chicken with hearty vegetables like roasted cauliflower for a vegetarian option.
