Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until cohesive.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden.
- Remove from the oven and toss in additional Buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the spiciness by modifying the amount of Buffalo sauce. These can also be made ahead and stored in the fridge or frozen for later.
