  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese (optional) Leave out for a milder taste
  • to taste green onions for garnish (optional)

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well mixed.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese if using.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, with a slightly golden cheese crust.
  6. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
