Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the boneless chicken thighs in the mixture until they are fully coated.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes
