  • 3 cups Corn Chex Cereal
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex Cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels, salted
  • 1 cup rye bagel chips
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (optional)
Seasoning
  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
  • cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 250ºF.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn, Wheat, and Rice Chex cereals, mini pretzels, rye bagel chips, and mixed nuts if using.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and whisk in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Pour the seasoning mix evenly over the cereal blend and mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly across two large rimmed baking sheets.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
