  • 2 cups Bell peppers, sliced Any color works.
  • 1 cup Onion, sliced Preferably yellow or red.
  • 1 cup Zucchini, sliced Use fresh zucchini.
Breakfast Essentials
  • 4 large Eggs For frying or scrambling.
  • 2 cups Pancake mix Ready-to-use or homemade.
  • 1 tbsp Salt For seasoning.
  • 1 tbsp Pepper For seasoning.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
Cooking Meat
  1. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper, grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
  2. Season chicken with your preferred spices, cook until fully done for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cooking Vegetables
  1. Sauté selected vegetables on the griddle until tender and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
Breakfast Prep
  1. Crack eggs onto the griddle, cooking them sunny-side-up or scrambling based on preference.
  2. Prepare pancakes per box instructions, pouring batter onto the griddle and cooking until bubbles form.
Final Touches
  1. If using, cook bacon until crispy on the griddle, draining grease as necessary.
  2. Serve all items hot off the griddle.
