- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Drizzle olive oil on the surface of the griddle.
Cooking
- Add your choice of protein to the griddle and cook until browned, about 4 to 6 minutes per side for chicken, less for shrimp or steak.
- Once protein is cooked, add chopped vegetables and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
