Ingredients
  

Proteins
  • 1 pound chicken, steak, or shrimp Choose your preferred protein.
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell peppers Chopped.
  • 1 cup onions Chopped.
  • 1 cup zucchini Chopped.
Condiments
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For grilling.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Optional Carbs
  • 2 cups rice or noodles If desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the surface of the griddle.
Cooking
  1. Add your choice of protein to the griddle and cook until browned, about 4 to 6 minutes per side for chicken, less for shrimp or steak.
  2. Once protein is cooked, add chopped vegetables and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Serving
  1. If desired, serve over rice or noodles.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider marinating proteins with a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Substitute noodles for gluten-free options or cauliflower rice for low-carb diets.
