- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.
Cooking
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and finely chopped onion. Sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
- Take a large tortilla and spread a layer of the special sauce evenly over it.
- Add a portion of the cooked beef mixture, followed by shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese. Top with pickle slices if desired.
Serving
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Slice the wrap in half to make it easier to hold and serve.
