Ingredients
  

Special Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise Use your preferred brand
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef Can substitute with turkey or chicken for a healthier option
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper Use as per preference
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste Dill pickle slices Optional for garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and finely chopped onion. Sauté the onions until translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
  1. Take a large tortilla and spread a layer of the special sauce evenly over it.
  2. Add a portion of the cooked beef mixture, followed by shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese. Top with pickle slices if desired.
Serving
  1. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Slice the wrap in half to make it easier to hold and serve.

Notes

These wraps can be served with sweet potato fries, a fresh salad, or creamy coleslaw. They can be customized with different sauces for added flavor.
