Ingredients
  

For the Skewers
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Wooden skewers soaked in water (if using)
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce and set it aside.
  3. In another bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Thread the chicken pieces onto soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Drizzle the skewers with the prepared Bang Bang sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For customization, you can add vegetables to the skewers, marinate the chicken for extra flavor, or serve them as appetizers. Leftover skewers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
