Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 large Egg (beaten)
  • Oil Oil for frying Enough to fill the frying vessel approximately 2 inches deep.
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a deep fryer or a large skillet, add oil and heat it to approximately 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare three bowls—one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and another with panko breadcrumbs.
Breading and Cooking
  1. Take each chicken tenderloin, coat it in flour, dip it in the egg, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Carefully place the breaded chicken into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and fully cooked, usually about 5-7 minutes.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Adjust to taste.
Serving
  1. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the fried chicken or serve it on the side for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking the chicken instead of frying. Adjust the spice level in the sauce to suit your taste.
