Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, stirring until everything is mixed evenly.
  6. Finally, fold in the flour until you see no dry streaks in the batter.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  2. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
