  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Alternatively, use minced garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Sweet or smoked, as preferred.
  • 1 piece lemon, juiced Add zest for more flavor.
  • as needed sprigs Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated.
  3. Season each breast generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Remove the dish from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes.
  3. Slice and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes
