Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants in half lengthwise to create a pocket for the filling.
  3. Layer slices of ham and cheese inside each croissant. Feel free to adjust the amounts to your liking.
  4. If desired, spread a little butter and/or mustard or mayonnaise on the cut sides for extra flavor.
  5. Place the filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
