  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil and all the spice rub ingredients. Toss the wings until they're evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Check that they are fully cooked and golden brown before removing from the oven.
  3. Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, dry the wings before coating them with oil and spices. You can also experiment with different sauces after baking.
