Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil and all the spice rub ingredients. Toss the wings until they're evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that they are fully cooked and golden brown before removing from the oven.
- Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, dry the wings before coating them with oil and spices. You can also experiment with different sauces after baking.
