Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, and chili powder.
- Carefully fill each taco shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the filled taco shells.
Baking
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and add desired toppings before serving.
Notes
Consider using grilled chicken for added flavor. Adjust spices as desired. For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed mushrooms or crumbled tofu.
