  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken quarters dry with paper towels and place them skin side up in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the chicken quarters.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Use your hands to rub the seasoning into the chicken for a good coating.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  2. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
