  • 1 jar Dill pickles whole or sliced
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs Panko or regular
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for flavor
  • 1 can Cooking spray to enhance crispness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the dill pickles into spears or rounds.
  3. Set up a breading station with bowls of all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Bread each pickle slice by dipping in flour, then egg, then the seasoned bread crumbs.
  5. Place the breaded pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pickles are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Experiment with seasonings or different pickle flavors. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs.
