  • 1 pound chicken tenders Use fresh or thawed tenders for best results.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Can substitute with panko for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs Beaten.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Cooking spray For an extra crispy finish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls for the breading station: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Breading
  1. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, shake off excess, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
