Preparation
- In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly across the bottom.
- Layer the cherry tomatoes, cut-side up, on top of the lettuce.
- Add the diced cucumber in a layer, spreading it out over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the chopped bell pepper evenly on top of the cucumber.
- Layer the shredded cheese over the bell peppers.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the cheese.
- Spread the peas evenly over the bacon layer.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the dressing over the top of the layered salad.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
- Scoop the salad onto individual plates and enjoy.
